This is the current version 10/31/2023 of the FD-258 Applicant Fingerprint Card. Crime Scene FD-258 cards are used by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and other state and federal agencies. FD-258 cards are intended for all applicant-level processing, including employment screening, professional licensing, and immigration applications.
As legitimate FD-258 cards you will receive cards on the correct paper, printed in the accepted pantone blue, and with the FBI filing cut at the top corner.
Use for employment clearances or immigration purposes. Used by the FBI, Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and many police agencies for noncriminal fingerprinting
